Tasty treats
Macaroons! How pretty, how girly, how utterly Marie Antoinette-y! I was at at the launch of Ladurée, who have a fancy new concession at Brown Thomas Grafton Street, and got to nab me some macaroon goodness.
They’re such pretty things to photograph…
Filled with crumbly, buttercream goodness
I think the lemon one was my favourite. No wait, the chocolate. Or maybe the mixed berries…
So pretty were they, in fact, that I even took a few more shots when I got home(of course, there weren’t quite as many by that stage…)
They cost €1.50 a pop, and you can also get them packaged in swanky designer boxes – I was very happy with my haul, a pretty Christian Louboutin one.

They are sooo tasty. The lemon ones in particular. And you should see the set-up in Brown Thomas! Marie Antoinette would be proud

I love Laduree macaroons! They are the best in the world! Ever get them in Paris? I want to get me a box now. The photos make them look ten times more cute than they are. If that’s even possible! Thanks for sharing your yummy treat!

I WISH I could have them in Paris, what bliss that would be! Maybe next year… You should defo pop into BTs, even just to look at the whole set up and displays- I think they’re even doing macaroons wedding towers! How fab.

oh so pretty!! i actually bought a little box of these this evening and have been planning my own photoshoot tomorrow morning lol. i only recently found out about laduree and have been obsessed with a macaroon photoshoot ever since. when i popped in this evening the counter was surrounded by people drinking in their pretty display
