How to Really Drink Tequila

Ben and I popped along to Xico on Tuesday for a tequila tasting, which was running as part of the Taste of Mexico festival, and picked up lots of lessons on how it’s really meant to be drunk (hint: not with salt and lime).

I don’t normally tuck into 80 proof shots and margaritas on a Tuesday (Xico’s fresh margaritas are really good) but we learned loads. Head over to image.ie for the piece!
