I have always been, and likely always will be, someone who likes to do a lot of different things at once.
Hello, and thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m Nathalie, a freelance photographer, editor and writer from Dublin, Ireland. This blog is my personal space, which I enjoy filling with gorgeous things from the internet, travel stories, personal musings and pics from recent shoots.
A bit more about me
I was born in Mexico and grew up on a traveling circus where my mum was the ringmistress (read more about that here). The sequins and sawdust didn’t stop me from becoming a total nerd though, and I have more than a passing interest in shiny gadgets and all things tech, leading to some work at Intercom, for Stripe and my current role as business and tech editor of Image Magazine.
My background is in editorial magazine publishing and I’ve been editor of two national publications: Image Interiors & Living, Ireland’s best-selling interiors and lifestyle title, and Kiss (RIP!), which was Ireland’s only teen magazine, as well as working on content for brands like Brown Thomas, Arnotts, Samsung and Weir & Sons.
These days, I’m freelance and lucky enough to get to shoot and write for some of Ireland’s best and most-loved titles, with my work making regular appearances in Image Magazine, The Irish Independent, The Sunday Independent (find me talking about all things interiors every week in the property supplement), Cara, the in-flight magazine of Aer Lingus, and Irish Country Magazine, among others. I’ve worked with some brilliant leading Irish brands, including Guinness, Arnotts, Penneys (Primark), Chupi, Lucy Nagle and Aran Street East – take a look at my photography portfolio for more of that.
Head over to the contact page if you’d like to say hi, or find me frequenting any of the sites below.
