A couple of snaps from a recent trip to our local park. Not long now ’til this little guy is a big brother.   And seeing as it was such a gorgeous afternoon, this trip to the park ended with a trip to the shop.

Finally came up with a good use for all those leftover Sunday papers. As you can see, I’m defo a believer in the messier the better… Then we kept the colour-theme going with some blocks, and the Rubik’s cube that Gav and Ciara got him for his first birthday.

A few shots of Ethan, just cos it’s been a while. The giddy excitement he gets out of the simplest things – a big umbrella, a walk on a high(ish) wall – is really infectious. Although it kind of reminds me of this scene from Knocked Up a little as well.

No walk in the park is complete without a hyperactive two-year old nephew, right? I’ve been having great craic with the Vintage Video Maker app. August Break, Day seven (not strictly a pic, but close enough, right?!).

The weather was pretty pants this weekend, which gave Ethan and I a chance to try the new art supplies I got him for his birthday. Most of these are from Stubby Pencil Studio, a lovely little online shop selling eco-friendly art products for kids.
